Well Baby Care
Includes:
- We offer all health care needed for newborns in addition to all follow up well-baby checks and immunizations up to school-age care and sports physicals.
- Vaccines and well-baby checkups help monitor a baby to ensure that they are on track and developing into a healthy child.
Obstetrical and Gynecological Services
Includes:
- If you find out that you are pregnant our clinic in association with Women’s’ Health Specialties provide the best possible care to soon to be new moms.
- It has been proven time and time again that frequent prenatal visits on a regular schedule provide the best possibility for good outcomes when your little baby decides to make their new appearance.
Triage and Same Day Health
Includes:
- Same-day appointments are available for Fairview CHC’s established patients.
- Whether you need to be seen for sniffles or a sore throat, our Same-Day clinic can be the best option instead of going to the Emergency Room.
Immunizations & Laboratory services
Includes:
- All recommended well-baby immunizations as well as adult flu immunizations.
- Laboratory services are always available for any diagnostics required after your doctor’s visit. Some laboratory tests require prepayment – but sliding scale fees are always a possibility.
- *** All request for Immunization records and/or certificates must be done in person and onsite at our location to enable completion of medical release forms.
- Immunization Records now available from the KY Public Health Immunization website – KYIR Immunization Portal
Prescription Assistance
Includes:
- Financial assistance is available for prescriptions through the clinic’s membership in the Federal 340B drug assistance program.
- We have partnered with Hines Pharmacy located in the WKONA building.
Onsite translation available for many languages
Also:
- Spanish, Swahili & some Afghan & Burmese dialects available in person
- ASL available via Language line telepresence
- MANY others available by our remote Language Line Devices
